Massage therapists see so many breasts, they really do not care. Same for Physical Therapists, physicians, Occupational Therapists, etc.. They are all desensitized to breasts, whether covered or bare makes no difference. If you relax and remember that it is no big deal the therapists & physicians will carry on as normal. Also, do not push shoulders forward or hunch forward while standing or sitting to hide your breasts. It just indicates to others that there is something to see there / that you are embarrassed about. Why are you so self-conscious about a part of your body that is as natural as the rest of your breast? Are they not part of your breast as much as everything else? I feel that they are a part of you and should not be shamed.

She said sure, and about half way through the speculum insertion she recognized the intern as a former Sunday School student! She learned that it is not possible to crawl under a gyno-table!
This is a way bigger issue for you than it needs to be. Part of the approach to normalizing women's breasts and making going braless seem a lot less controversial, is for women themselves to stop making a big deal about their boobs and their choices to wear a bra or not.
I am a lingerie/bikini model. I wear bras for a living, but I almost never wear one when I'm not getting paid to have it on. I dress so my nipples don't show through my clothing. I don't care if people occasionally see a bit of perkiness, but I do try to obscure the coloration. I haven't ever worried about it at a massage though. I figure massage therapists see enough nakedness that it's just kind of second nature. based on the women I've talked to that was the hardest part about the entire braless journey but most tell me that guys stopped noticing their nipples showing through as much when they stopped drawing attention to them by trying to hide them
