I didn't know Utah had morality police. If that girl had been under 18 that women would be in a heap of trouble. She'll get misdemeanor charges and maybe a fine and community service, not much else unless the girl sues her for assault. Ya, not a good idea to ever touch a women of any age without permission. It never ends well, even if you disagree with her cloths.
