Anyways canola oil is one of the worse oil just like corn oil,palm oil and etc. Just use extra virgin olive oil ,organic olive oil just as long as olive oil is real cause they make some fake olive oil. Also other two healthy ones are avocado oil and organic coconut oil. ✌

One thing about Filipina ladies, the majority of them have a nice handful of puppies that stand up proudly with cute little nips. You can tell that Lot is proud of her puppies, as she should be. Don't throw away that dirty used cooking oil, put a little bit of that old cooking anywhere you have any standing water. It will coat the wings of any mosquitos that are emerging out of that water & drown before they can fly out of their birth place. Just sayin.

I remember back in 2016 my wife used to walk around the apartment naked not so much anymore 2 children later.but she does also go braless after she comes home from work.you definitely have a great family.stay safe
