It's women choice to wear or not, men are no body to level women, we are intelligent enough to choose what's right or wrong, if men feels uncomfortable looking at braless women looked down no need to judge to her choice.
Whether to wear a bra or not in public is up to the woman. It depends on how comfortable she is doing that, knowing others (men and women) may notice and some may even stare or make unsavory comments or harass the woman.
I'd prefer they have nipple covers, or at least a thick enough/dark enough shirt to cover their nipples, but otherwise I'm good with it. It's none of my business, I just feel awkward (as a woman) when someone's nipples are like protruding. still none of my business, though

Sorry but I think nipples for both men and women should be covered. I'm personally not a fan. It's like a cameltoe or booty shorts with half the ass cheeks showing.
