I saw the whole thing from different angles and videos, and I didn't see not even in one of those angles that she was showing anything at all, what I think is that the guy created the situation to place himself as a hero….She was even surprised, and on one of the angles, she was even looking all over her dress to understand what the heck the guy was doing….
