I don't want to wesr a bra nevermore in my f*** life. They caused me an intense pain, I don't feel sexy with this on me and my mother made me feel like a monster. Do what feels right. If bras are uncomfortable don’t wear them!!! Why are we covering up our beautiful breasts? Because it’s the same reason women are suppressed ….free the breasts ! Free the soul and allow the divine feminine to come out by freeing the body and letting go of shame
My Wife says she wears one cause she doesn't want her boobies smaking her in the face and sides. You know …..why the bra was invented in the first place.
I can't go without I even sleep in them and have no problem the only problem I have is when I do go even half an hour without one, for whatever personal reasons and get back pain not to mention the other kind of discomfort I must be the 5% of the woman's population in the world that's sensitive. And every video known to social media on the topic is not for any bigger than d cups!! I'm so over this crap restrictive barbaric topic popping up on my suggestions..
I have trouble trusting this source because breastfeeding doesn’t cause sag, that’s a myth they just spread.
Also if it’s a ligament resisting gravity and time stretched the ligament then wouldn’t supporting the breast help reduce gravities wear on the ligament therefore reducing breast sag?
I haven't worn one consistently in years only when I want them to appear smaller and lift them up in clothes is when I wear one other than that, used to be really insecure about not wearing one in public but then I noticed i was the only one who cared. No one cares. So I stopped. Feels way better.

I hate not wearing a bra. I started bench pressing in the 4th grade. I’m 40ish and they are just starting to hang because they have gotten bigger then ever but, they are real and look great in my opinion. But, I never produced one drop of milk. What do you think about that? Could it be because I started working out my chest so early. I can slightly move my pecks now and I’m not sure I’d know if I had a lump because they are rather hard more than soft. Just wondering….(:

I only wear a bra in public because I feel forced to. The moment i get home, it comes off. Bras are dumb.
