He did not transfer the photos to another device/cloud. There is an app that takes photos every second when you press a button, and the photos or videos go to a folder in your phone, the photos dont show on any gallery only on the files of the phone. i have used it before but not for that creepy shit, i have used it to help others cheat on exams hahaha.
To anyone who said they should've reported this to the police, they most likely would have dismissed this since she didn't get harmed or assaulted. That's Japan for you.
