if there are no other witness but you, take a video of him in act first, then call the police. because idk, they could be not amateurs at all. cell phone is personal the perpetrator could dodge with invasion of privacy being confronted head on to see their phone, nor they would admit. you wouldn't be able to confirm if they say they would delete the footage or simply say they didn't take anything, because they could simply refuse to show it or it could be in any folders or any other camera apps they use with different storage directory or even locked/hidden ones. only the police can thoroughly check the matters if they are verified being in suspicious act
ik im late but this is why i dont wear short skirts or tight clothes because i know ppl out here are crazy as hell so i wear long skirts and long shirts etc if a girl is wearing a short skirt 86% a guy is gonna do that if she wore a longer skirt or something more presentable 90% probably wont happen so its what ppl wear because if ppl wore sweat pants and a hoodie that probably wont happen
