I think sleeping naked helps you become more Body Confident. I do think you are speaking more confidently . I think only imature people are gonna make a song and dance about you not wearing a bra as for the rest of us we'll probably listen to what you're saying.
I have been going braless for about four years now, and just enjoy the comfortable feeling it gives me. In the beginning I would wear pasties to work with some of my tops, but gave up on wearing them because I never had good luck with them staying in place for the whole day. I am not self conscious at all, I do get my fair share of people staring at me, but I have gotten used to that.

there are two things that i find totally fascinating about all the braless videos, one is how big a deal it seems to be to in the mind of the person making the video compared to how trivial the issue is in the real world and two, what great lengths they go to to camouflage the fact that they are braless with the tops they choose to wear and i guess there's a third thing, how clueless they are about the beauty going braless represents…..
