Distraction would be tight shirt or see through shirt with protruding nipples. Solution,,, pasties. For gym I can understand about the bouncing causing pain. Take a stretchy sports bra for gym class.

The Idiot part of this kind of Video's were you are trying to see if anyone can notice if the person is not wearing a Bra, For one you should not act different from you would normally act cause if you do then some one will notice for sure, And 2nd you should not be saying that you are not wearing a bra in School with your friends & laughing about it cause you are basically advertising it & it makes the Test Pointless to even do.
I'm fairly certain that nobody would have noticed, but it all depends of the Size of the Chest cause yeah if it's big then it will be noticeable if people already know how you look before and cause of gravity, If the area is Small then there isn't much to notice as far as um bounce thing, when walking the person doing the so called test , should not make it obvious by walking in a way that will cause gravity to affect the area in question, and also you should not be going "I'm not wearing a Bra lolz" to anyone even your friends who are girls.
Basically the point of doing such a Test is that NOBODY is suppose to know that you are not wearing the Item in question, that way you can truly know if some one does Notice it or not.
The Test Failed when the Girl said that she wasn't wearing a Bra to her friend & laughing about it, reason being is cause she & all her friends in this Video know about not wearing it even before the 5th day. Pointless Test imo.
P.S. sorry for the long comment, it's just that i find it idiotic to do this Test when the one doing it is Basically advertising it to all her friends since the beginning of the Test / Experiment and laughing about it.
