It’s far easier to go braless if you have smaller boobs. Also all pasties show right through. Tegaderm probably would work best, no edges and clear, just make sure to cover the nip if using straight tegaderm tape.
A few years I became a rebel and stopped wearing bras for quite a while. Now I go on and off and generally use sports bras but is not that simple to go braless when you have bigger boobs. Honestly all these videos are made by women who have small breasts so is not a reality for every woman. I go braless but other times I need the support because back issues are real when your girls are a bigger size. I think you should be more specific on the title as is a bit annoying to watch the video and realize that is just for smaller breasts.
